Let Us Help You Add The Beauty

of A Clusia Hedge To Your Property

How To Plant Clusia

To plant a Clusia hedge, you should start off with small healthy plant shrubs. To grow a formal hedge, plant the shrubs about 5 feet (1.2 m) apart. Clusia hedges only need light trimming to keep the hedge in shape.

Where To Plant Clusia

These salt-tolerant, evergreen shrubs will grow in full sun to part shade. They're drought tolerant shrubs, moderate to fast growers that do best in Zone 10.

What About The Soil?

Before planting Clusia, you'll need to prepare the soil so that it's fertile and well-drained. If you can, add composted cow manure to the whole when you plant.

Watering Clusia

Clusia grows best with regular watering. Although Clusia hedges are drought-tolerant, regular irrigation helps keep the roots hydrated. Once established, water Clusia when there are dry spells.

Need Installation?

We specialize in hedges and in our price, we include the installation on site, so you don't need to worry about getting your hands dirty.
